It's not easy being a leader. Because after all, we're still someone in the middle where upper management would expect I keep everyone happy and managed and your team members would look up to you as someone to voice up.
But the thing is, sometimes both side seems to have their own version of story and you will kinda lost faith on who's the one that's screwing with me. But it could all also be a beautiful misunderstanding. I hope it's not the worst understanding that in the end I'd look like the fool.
Maybe I'm not a good leader. I just play defensive too fast. Maybe it's my pride overshadowing my duty.
